Health & Aged Care Finance and Executive Webinar

What does financial management and strategic planning look like for Health and Aged Care organisations?

Providers in the health and aged care industry continue to face challenges, including frequent policy changes (such as the new Aged Care Act commencing 1 July 2025 in Australia), ongoing shortages of skilled workers needed to support complex care models for residents, and often siloed and aging back-office systems, to name a few.

Many of these organisations have diverse operations, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) must play a central role in ensuring strong financial management and stability.

To do so, finance leaders must be equipped with the processes and tools to ensure their forecasting is dynamic and agile, scenario planning is robust and comprehensive, and that they can quickly report and analyse results.

Join us for this executive briefing to explore the new role of finance leaders in the health and aged care sector. Learn how industry leaders are tackling these challenges head on by ensuring they are agile in the face of external impacts, and how that helps them be better positioned to take advantage of opportunities in a growing sector.
